We launch companies designed to succeed and improve the public health.
Our Perspective
Our traditional systems of health care, public health, and capital investing have long been failing to advance the health and wellbeing of individuals and populations. Our healthcare system has remained reactive and anchored in tertiary hospital-based care. Public health programs have remained not only underfunded but also overly reliant on government interventions. And the traditional investor class has remained beholden to return rates and timelines that don’t align with long-term health goals.
Humanity Health Ventures proposes a new model. We focus lies on the under-served space between traditional public health interventions and market-driven healthcare innovation, targeting markets where environmental factors, behavioral science, and social determinants play a significant role.
How we work
We work with entrepreneurs to create and scale companies that advance the health outcomes in individuals, families, and communities. Our companies both advance long-term health goals and have sustainable business models. Whether battling health misinformation or creating new mechanisms for financing research, whether it’s deploying low-cost sensors to measure hyper-local pollution or leveraging LLMs for improved disease prevention, we believe there are companies that don’t exist but should. And we’re going to build them.
Our vision is simple: We want to make the healthy choices easier than the unhealthy ones. We want to weave health into the fabric of consumer and service experiences. We want to harness entrepreneurship to build health into our world, one startup at a time.

A venture studio is an organization that builds, finances, and accelerates the growth of startups within its own platform. Launching organizations from within a Venture Studio helps guard the effort against unrealistic and unhealthy investor expectations while ensuring a tight connection to the subject matter expertise required to navigate complex markets and landscapes.

No. We are focusing on markets outside of healthcare and outside of pharma.

We have two value propositions for founders: (1) A unique organization focused on building and scaling market-creating companies backed by investable capital and a unique network of mentors and experts, and (2) having the chance to build successful companies that can have significant impact on public and global health. We will also need to attract a high quality investment team with experience building companies.
